Clients and Independent Consultants are subject to contractual agreements with LinkdPro. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy and those contractual agreements, the contractual agreements will prevail. If you are neither a Client nor an Independent Consultant, by using this website, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this Policy.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not register with us or use the LinkdPro website or the services provided through it.
LinkdPro is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that any information provided Privacy Policy.
LinkdPro may change this policy from time to time without notice by updating this page. Any such changes will take effect from the time of such updating. You should check this page from time to time to familiarize yourself with any changes.
Section B: Information collected
Independent Consultants registering with LinkdPro are required to provide personal data, including their name, address, and other contact information, as well as detailed information in respect of their academic and professional background and employment history (among other relevant information). LinkdPro may collect additional information through interactions with each Independent Consultant, including, but not limited to, payment details.
For Client registrations, we require the full name and address of the Client, a brief description of the Client's business and the name, title, position and contact details of the designated contact.
Independent Consultants and Clients registering with us are required to confirm their agreement to our Privacy Policy and that they agree to our use of any information which may be collected by us. By doing so, they agree terms of this Privacy Policy.
A party may withdraw such consent at any time. However, if you do so, you will be unable to continue as a Client or Independent Consultant.
Section C: Information Processed
LinkdPro uses the information which we collect about Clients and Independent Consultants to facilitate their participation in projects.
If you are an Independent Consultant, we use and analyse the information provided by you to identify projects within your field of expertise and that may be of interest to you. We may disclose information about you to Clients who may wish to consult with you. Further, we may provide prospective clients with your biographical information for the purposes of demonstrating the quality and coverage of our network.
If you are a Client, we use and analyse the information collected about you to identify the most suitable Independent Consultants for your projects and to help us identify events that may be of interest to you. We may share your information with Independent Consultants in respect of actual and potential projects for you.
The more accurate and detailed the information provided, the better we are able to match Independent Consultants to Clients.
By registering as an Independent Consultant or as a Client, you agree that we may contact you by email at the address most recently notified by you to us. LinkdPro may also disclose your information without further notice to you in the following instances: (i) if you have already authorised us to do so; (ii) if we are required to do so by applicable law or pursuant to a court or similar order; (iii) to produce relevant documents or information in connection with litigation, arbitration, mediation, adjudication, government or internal investigations, or other legal or administrative proceedings; (iv) as deemed necessary, in our discretion, to protect our legal rights or property or the legal rights or property of any Independent Consultant, Client or third party; (v) to enforce any terms of service on this website; and/or (vi) in connection with a sale, merger, assignment, joint venture or other transfer or disposition of part or all of the business, assets or shares in LinkdPro.
In addition, we may disclose your information to third parties if required by law, court order or by a competent regulatory authority.
Section D: Information security
Any personal information you provide to LinkdPro is kept on secure servers. LinkdPro uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification.
We cannot, however, guarantee the security of our servers or transmissions between our servers and your computer. Accordingly, all information which you provide to us is supplied at your own risk. Please help us keep your information secure by keeping your password and other account details confidential.
Section E: Use of cookies
A browser cookie is a piece of information collected by the website being browsed and stored on the user's computer. It can be either persistent, if it lasts after the browser is closed, or session-based, in which case it is destroyed when the browser is closed.
LinkdPro uses Google Analytics to keep track of our website traffic, which may use cookies.

Section F: Use of links to 3rd party websites
We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting other websites, even those that may be accessed through links on the LinkdPro website.
